Conscious Coaching

Hi I’m Sharyn, 

Throughout my life, I have always known there was something missing.  I was perceived as different to those around me, I didn’t fit in anywhere, was very reserved and didn’t have many friends. I thought this was normal but still had a nagging suspicion that this wasn’t how life was meant to be and so I started my search for answers.

Not knowing at the time what trauma was and if I had even experienced any, I spent many years trying to change who I was by controlling my life. The pain and suffering became too much, I was at a loss as to why I felt this way, why did everyone else seem “normal” and I didn’t. This was the beginning of my journey to “becoming whole”.

Eight years ago I lost my husband to cancer, to say this was a very stressful time is an understatement. I was holding the family together while my husband fought for his life. To make it even worse I was heavily depressed and in complete survival mode, facing each day as it came.

After my husband crossed over and my career came to an end, I saw this as an opportunity to truly find out who I was and find the answers I’d been seeking. A friend put me in touch with Holly, told me it was the best thing he had ever done and that it would change my life. He wasn’t wrong.

I’ve been working with Holly for over 7 years now, attended many retreats and committed to do the 1:1 coaching for a year which has turned into two. Without truly honouring who I am and committing to do the work I wouldn’t be the most authentic version of myself right now.

I would be honoured to be able to do the same for you. With the coaching I’ve done with Holly and the experience I have gained in life, I believe I have what it takes to truly help those on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
