Octopus carpaccio with yuzu caviar, pickled fennel, fried capers

Baked potato + ricotta gnocchi

 

MAIN:

Chargrilled 600g rib eye with vine tomatoes, caper tapenade + jus

Portuguese BBQ chicken with black garlic aioli + fresh lime

 

SIDES:
ela salad with Heirloom tomatoes, marinated feta, basil, white balsamic

Duck fat potatoes with rosemary salt + black garlic aioli
