Self-esteem is nothing other than self-talk. The way we talk when we talk to ourselves is what determines how we feel about ourselves.

As parents, the words we use with our children is what programs their inner voice, and determines what they say when they talk to themselves.

These are two simple little phrases, that used in the right ways, can have an immediate, and lasting impact on your child’s self-esteem and confidence.
